Instances of Discrimination
I am in the process of writing an email to MJ Carley of GRASP and a few others to describe how I was treated when I went to his office to seek to have some documents FAX'd to Farmers Insurance's central office in Kansas City.
The woman in KC said to take the documents to my agent. I told her the agent had his office in Davis and that was 50 miles away so she said to go to a local office which was that of Douglas Gay.
Douglas told me he would do that for his customers. I wasn't one of his customers so I walked.
I called the woman in KC who was surprised that an agent would act so. I talked later to my agent in Davis who told me that he had spoken with Douglas Gay who told him he would FAX the documents for me if I came into his office after 4 PM.
First time I was able to get to his office was on Oct 31st and since it was a holiday I wasn't surprised to find his office closed when I went there sometime after 4 PM.
I went back later on Wednesday November 12th and sat in my car outside his office about 4 PM looking through the papers in my clipboard for the documents and at 4:04 a hand reached through the blinds to change the Open sign to Closed, then Doug leaves at 4:06

It shall amuse me to use this to subject Douglas Gay to ridicule
